Upon entering the Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenity, you are immediately engulfed in an oasis of tranquility, uniquely nestled within the undulating landscapes of southern Gran Canaria. A mix of modern design and natural materials brings a harmonious blend of luxury and homeliness, exuding a strong sense of serenity.

This resort embodies the ultimate juxtaposition of contemporary architecture against the wild, rugged surroundings of Gran Canaria. Tranquil water features and lush planting enhance the indoor-outdoor living aesthetic, connecting you to nature while offering exceptional comfort. From its plush lounges to the expansive pool area overlooking the majestic mountains, the property is a complete sensory experience. You will find yourself mesmerized by the breath-taking sunsets and the distant sights of sand dunes meeting the sparkling ocean.

What can we expect in our room at the Salobre Hotel Resort

A neutral and earthy color palette is thoughtfully incorporated into each room, giving a nod to the stunning natural environment just beyond your window. Luxurious beds with high-quality linen assure a restful sleep, while modern amenities like Wi-Fi, minibars, and flat-screen TVs offer convenience at your fingertips. Each room is spacious and airy, with large windows that fill the space with natural light and provide spectacular views of the surrounding mountains or the golf course.

Modern interiors are also paired with large balconies or terraces for your personal immersive experience of the Canarian landscape. Each room features chic, elegant bathrooms equipped with designer toiletries and ample counter space. The style is minimalist, tasteful, with a keen focus on understated luxury – no unnecessary frills, just pure comfort. And for an upgrade, the suites offer additional lounging areas and private Jacuzzies.

How about the food and drinks

The resort prides itself on offering seven unique, experience-driven restaurants, each with its own distinct atmosphere, style, and cuisine. Ranging from the elegant and refined Sens Kitchen Patio Garden, where gourmet dinners are the order of the day, to the casual Sidecar, which delights guests with its creative tapas and cocktail pairings, there’s ample choice for every discerning palette.

Visitors must not miss the Perenquén Tapas Bar, a fun-filled location reminiscent of local Canary Island culture. Its innovative tapas selections paired with some of the finest Spanish wines serve as a gastronomic delight. For drinks, the Sunset Bar, with its awe-inspiring sunset views, is the perfect place for an array of wines, spirits, and a diverse menu of creative cocktails. And let's not forget the 230º Pool Bar, an oasis of relaxation, where one can sip on refreshing beverages while enjoying the beautiful panorama.

What is the service like

Comprised of a team of multi-lingual experts, the staff members are not merely employees, but artisans of hospitality, trained to deliver top-notch services with an impressive attention to detail. You will be amazed at the diligence and personability of the team, instigating a sense of home away from home.

Dedicated concierges are eager to assist you with your every need, may that be planning excursions or answering inquiries about the resort's facilities. Meanwhile, room service promptly caters to your cravings, proving both their expertise and commitment to creating a hassle-free vacation.

What’s the neighbourhood scene like?

In stark contrast to the bustling night life of the larger cities in Gran Canaria, the surrounding environment of the resort offers a gentler, calmer aura that underscores its name. Enclaved by the majestic beauty of rolling hills, the resort provides a spectacular vista that many have likened to a watercolor painting coming alive each dawn.

Venturing out from this Gran Canaria resort, visitors often find intrigue in the sleepy village of Salobre. Its narrow serpentine lanes, quaint local cafes and the warm gestures of the local population indeed offer a severance from the mainstream. Only a short journey away lies the sweeping sandy Gran Canaria beaches of Maspalomas, famed for their iconic sand dunes as much as for the pulsating azure waves that wash up on their shores. The neighborhood gives a true taste of life on this beautiful island, presenting a perspective nuanced enough to be richly satisfying yet immersive.
