Having recently returned from a blissful vacation on this Spanish paradise, I can confidently say that Mallorca's coastline boasts some of Europe's most stunning stretches of sand and crystalline waters. From secluded coves with turquoise hues to expansive golden shores lined with palm trees, there is a beach to suit every taste.

1. Cala Formentor

There are no beach clubs or music on Cala de Formentor, but there is a chiringuito where you can enjoy a cold drink and some snacks. There are also showers available, so you can rinse off the saltwater before heading back to your car.

I recently visited Es Calo Des Moro beach in Mallorca and it is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca I have ever seen. The turquoise water, sculpted cliffs, and lush vegetation make for a stunning natural cove.

Es Calo D'es Moro is a small beach, but the 40 meters of beach are covered with fine-grained and bright sand. The water is crystal clear with the most beautiful turquoise shades. It is perfect for a swim between the high cliffs.

One thing to note is that Es Calo Des Moro can get crowded during the high season. Additionally, parking can be a challenge, so it's best to arrive early or take a taxi.

There are no restaurants or bars on the beach, so it's important to bring your own snacks and drinks. However, there is a chiringuito nearby that offers snacks and drinks.

3. Sa Calobra Beach

Sa Calobra Beach is a stunning cove located on the northwest coast of Mallorca. It is situated at the head of a gorge of the Torrent de Pareis and is known for its breathtaking beauty and unique location. The beach is surrounded by steep cliffs and rocky terrain, which makes it a popular spot for visitors who want to experience the natural beauty of the island.

There are two different beaches on the Sa Calobra bay. The first beach, Platja de sa Calobra, is a narrow and rocky beach that extends from the sea to the stone houses in the village of Sa Calobra. The beach is quite spacious and offers plenty of room for sunbathing and swimming. The water is shallow and calm, making it a great spot for families with children. There are also several restaurants and cafes nearby where you can grab a bite to eat or a refreshing drink.

6. Playa d’Alcúdia

There are no beach restaurants at Cala Varques, so it's best to bring your own meals and drinks. Sometimes locals sell refreshments, but do not depend on it. The beach is a perfect spot for a picnic, and there are plenty of shaded areas to set up for the day.
