As a beach lover and frequent traveler, I have had the pleasure of exploring numerous stunning coastlines around the world. However, there is one island that has captivated me like no other, and that is Lanzarote.

Nestled in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa, this Canary Island gem boasts an array of breathtaking beaches that are simply unrivaled. In this article, I will be sharing my personal top picks for the best beaches in Lanzarote, each with its own unique charm and beauty that will make your visit to this enchanting Spanish island truly unforgettable.

1. Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca is one of the largest tourist resorts on the island of Lanzarote, located at the southern end of the island. The coast of Playa Blanca is a well-known place in Lanzarote for its beautiful beaches, offering some of the most appreciated bathing areas for tourists and locals.

Some of the best beaches in Playa Blanca that you should check out are Playa Dorada Beach, this beach is known for its golden sand, crystal clear turquoise waters, and variety of water sports activities. 5. Playa Flamingo

Playa Flamingo is a beautiful beach located in the south of Lanzarote, in the town of Playa Blanca. 7. Playa de Famara

One of the highlights of my latest trip to Lanzarote was visiting Playa De Famara. I ones had the pleasure of visiting Playa de los Pocillos, one of the best beaches in Lanzarote. Located in Puerto del Carmen, this beach is the place to go for anyone looking for a relaxing day in the sun.

What I loved most about Playa de los Pocillos was its peaceful atmosphere. Unlike some of the other beaches in Puerto del Carmen, this one is relatively quiet and uncrowded, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful day by the sea.
