Interestingly, the hotel's grandeur dates back to 2002, when it first opened its doors to the public. Bearing an attractive design and aesthetics courtesy of leading architects, it drew the attention of all due to its luxurious offers. Over the years, the hotel grew in popularity, establishing itself as a beacon of hospitality and comfort, setting new benchmarks in the hospitality industry of Adelaide.

What Customers Have To Say
I stay 4 nights no complaints any service
Breakfast very nice
The hotel is conveniently located, an easy walk to the Rundle Street mall, North Terrace and public transport, so it was easy to get out and about.
Car parking is available so we hired a car for 3 days, returning to the hotel each night, the cost of a 24 hour pass for self parking at a local parking station seemed expensive at first but on checking prices of public parking in the CBD it is actually very reasonable.
Evening drinks and dinner options are great, we went to the Social hour a couple of times, drinks at reduced prices, just make sure to check if the wine ordered is part of the social hour prices, which some are not as we found out.
All in all, a nice week away, hopefully we'll be back soon.
Has a restaurant
Room Upgrade - 👎
Welcome Gift - 👍 Cheese & Crackers
Welcome Drinks - 👍, Not Used
I booking a Deluxe Suite at Pullman Adelaide overnight purely to relax and prepare for an interview nearby the next day.
I arrived early at 1230 and unfortunately the room was not ready for early check-in so i decided to have lunch in Parc restaurant. As an AccorPlus member, I received a 30% discount on food and i have to say the food was wonderful. Have eaten at Parc several times and the value for money is fantastic, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.
At 1400, my room was ready and although i was disappointed that an upgrade wasn't’ awarded, the room was perfect. The hotel was busy with several conferences in place, so I suspect the opportunity for an upgrade was slim. A welcome gift of Cheese and crackers was perfect and a good start to my afternoon preparing for my interview.
The room was very comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. Given the price i paid (Red Hot Deal), I was really pleased with the room. The bath tub was huge! Bed was perfect, and the study desk a great size - although i think it would be better positioned the other way so you can sit and look out to the city from your desk, rather than looking towards the door. That’s a personal opinion though.
I used the pool on two occasions for a quick swim and spa to break up my interview preparation time, and the area was always clean and perfectly maintained.
My husband joined me for dinner at Parc, and as usual it was fantastic. Very accommodating for Healthy options staff always attentive.
I asked for a late checkout as my interview was at 3pm - i wanted to check out at 2. Initially they offered a 1pm checkout, however, on explanation that i was preparing for an interview they were very accommodating to provide a suitable checkout for my needs.
The club room was fantastic. Again - very attentive staff and food options were great. I wanted alcohol-free beer, and the staff member arranged for one from the main bar and brought it to me without charging, so i was really please that alcohol-free beer options were included complimentary.
Location of Pullman Adelaide is one of the best - especially for shopping and public transport.
I’d highly recommend Pullman Adelaide for both business and pleasure.
