Russell’s Pizza is a cozy little pizzeria, tucked away in the suburbs of Norwood in Adelaide. What sets Russell’s apart is that they make their dough from scratch every day, and they source their toppings from local suppliers whenever possible.

One of the standout pies at Russell’s Pizzeria is their Margherita. It’s a classic Italian pizza that’s topped with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil. The simplicity of the ingredients allows each one to shine, and the wood-fired pizza oven gives the crust a perfect char.

But if you’re feeling adventurous, I highly recommend trying one of their more unique creations. The Potato and Rosemary pizza, for example, is topped with thinly sliced potatoes, fresh rosemary, and garlic oil. It’s a delicious combination that’s both savory and satisfying.
