What can we expect in our room at the Sheraton Beach, Golf & Spa Resort

The elegant decor effortlessly blends traditional and contemporary elements, with a neutral color palette complemented by subtle warm hues. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light, illuminating the comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Each room also boasts a private balcony offering sweeping views of the majestic Atlantic ocean or the manicured golf course.

The bathrooms are an indulgent treat in their own right. Marble surfaces, a deep jetted tub, dual vanities, and premium toiletries create the perfect pampering atmosphere. For your convenience and comfort, each room and suite is outfitted with modern amenities like flat-screen TVs, minibars, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

How about the food and drinks

The hotel houses four tempting restaurants, each specializing in a unique cuisine. It is perfect for a culinary explorer; you get to taste the world on your plate without stepping out of the hotel. Feeling like Asian tonight? Hit the 'Wok & Roll', their Asian specialty restaurant. Is it Spanish for supper? Check out 'El Faro', which serves authentic Spanish and Canarian dishes in an elegant setting. Not to forget, their hearty breakfast buffet at 'Los Arcos' - their International eatery, is a must-try fare.

The Sheraton Fuerteventura resort doesn't go easy on the drink sections either, considering the premium quality and the gamut of options offered. There are three fabulous bars - 'Sheraton Club Lounge' for exclusive cocktails and light snacks, 'Cubanito' serving Cuban classics poolside, and the elegant 'Someplace Else', perfect for a tipple before or after dinner.

What is the service like at the Sheraton Fuerteventura

The staff's ability to anticipate your needs without intruding on your experience lends another layer of sweetness to the palate of your stay at the Sheraton Fuerteventura.

What’s the neighbourhood scene like?

Caleta De Fuste, the bustling town in which the hotel is situated, offers a remarkable blend of adventure and relaxation. The golden, sandy Fuerteventura beaches are a stone's throw away, guaranteeing endless afternoons of sun-soaked leisure. The town's heart beats to a rhythm set by local festivals, music concerts, and night markets, imbuing the air with an infectious, celebratory spirit.

Just short strolls away are golf courses, designer boutiques and a bustling marina, ensuring that there's never a dull moment around the corner. If you're a lover of marine life, you may partake in one of the many snorkeling or diving excursions that depart from the nearby pier. Trekkers can embark on breathtaking trails along the island, and nature lovers will find solace in the tranquility of the neighboring Corralejo national park.

What’s the backstory

The hotel was inaugurated in 2006, the result of the Sheraton brand's expansion into Spain’s Canary Islands. Over the years, the Sheraton Hotel has become a coveted sanctuary for sun lovers, golf enthusiasts, spa aficionados, and those craving an island getaway combining natural splendor with a touch of modern comfort and elegance.

The Sheraton Fuerteventura has grown synonymous with high-quality services, a development undoubtedly tied to the strategy of the multinational hospitality company, Marriott International, which acquired the Sheraton brand in 2016. Marriott's influence allowed the resort to be part of a grander vision for elevated hospitality.

Today, this lavish resort encapsulates the essence of Fuerteventura with its architecture and interior design. It's designed to be a tribute to local craftsmanship, while the influence of various cultures, from the Ancient Guanches who first populated the islands to recent surfers' influx, is evident in its charm, making for an exciting backstory that combines local history, global hospitality majors, and the ebb and flow of cultural influences.

Price Range

Room rates can notably vary, largely contingent on the time of year, the type of room selected, and availability. In off-peak seasons, which usually fall between November to April, you can secure a standard room for as little as 150 Euros per night. During the high season, particularly over the summer months, the same room can range upwards of 300 Euros per night.

In addition to the room rates, it's crucial to note other possible expenses that may influence the total cost of your stay. Sheraton offers an assortment of additional facilities, including golf, spa treatments, fine dining experiences, and more.

These luxurious extras can add a substantial amount to your overall stay, but they also significantly enhance the indulgent experience the resort aims to provide. For instance, a round of golf can set you back anywhere from 80 to 100 Euros, while a spa treatment can vary between 100 to 150 Euros.

Amenities & Facilities

The plush resort prides itself on its state-of-the-art wellness center, equipped with sophisticated Thalasso spa amenities. Here, you can make the most of an indoor seawater pool, Finnish sauna, Hammam, Roman bath, and a selection of revitalizing treatments.

If you're an avid golfer seeking a resort that caters to your passion, you'll find joy in the Sheraton's 18-hole golf course. This isn't your average golf course; it’s been meticulously crafted for an enjoyable and challenging gameplay. And to cater to families, the hotel boasts an exciting kids club, a mini disco, handicrafts area, and video game consoles ensuring the little ones are never bored. Lastly, for the fitness enthusiasts, there's a fully equipped gym, three outdoor pools, and a tennis court.
