What Customers Have To Say
Service was phenomenal
Staff were helpful and friendly
Lobbies and room were very and clean
Great location to get everywhere we needed in Vancouver
The room was clean and comfortable. View of the harbour was serene even tho it was a rainy day. The highlight was the executive lounge which was spacious and well stocked with goodies all day. For light eaters you could be satisfied with food just at the lounge.
We took the Aquabus across the street at plaza of nations to visit Granville Island. For those interested in exploring other parts of Vancouver the Aquabus has many stops.
For those that does play in the casino ( or just want free parking), encore members (free to join) can get free parking all day as long as you register your plates at the casino customer service and play 15 times on any machine with your encore card inserted.
We went to the lobby restaurant Honey & Salt for afternoon snacks. The servers were so sweet, thanks for being great audiences for my daughter’s amateur magic tricks. The cheese fondue was delicious and mind blowing for kids. Goes well with their Sangria for a relaxing afternoon.
The rooftop hot tub is nice and quiet to enjoy. The gym is well equipped and has a great view.
Overall a wonderful hotel to stay at! I booked our next stay before even leaving the hotel!
