Set the scene
As you stride through the grand double doors of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, it's easy to mistake the scenery for a far-off tropical paradise, rather than metropolitan Orlando. Full-length glass windows envelop the cavernous lobby, showering natural light onto the mixture of contemporary and traditional decor. You'll find no sterile, cold atmosphere here. Instead, lush green potted plants adorn the well-lit spaces, imbuing an air of tranquility.
You'll likely be awed by the live parrot flock elegantly perched in the vicinity. The birds, part of the hotel’s Live Parrot Program, spend their days charming guests with their vibrant plumage and cheeky chatter. The indoor waterfalls further enhance the venue's exotic vibe, their gentle murmur harmonizing with the parrot's squawks creating a melody that resonates with serenity. Fused with the soft hues of the lobby and the rustle of the indoor foliage, it creates a scene of elegant relaxation quite uncommon in Orlando.

What Customers Have To Say
Ms. Andrea is very helpful and welcoming. She makes sure to address my concerns. The room is not new, but clean. Almost every worker is smiling and very detail oriented. The restaurant hostess is very kind. The place is filled with fun activities. Their pool is gigantic and very clean. Will update more with photos.
Also want to give a shout out to the restaurant host, Michelle, for being so kind, courteous, friendly and helpful.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The resort is beautiful and very clean, and the food was amazing. A special shoutout to Tracy, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I contacted her before my arrival to let her know we were celebrating my kids’ birthdays, and she welcomed us with balloons upon arrival and even arranged for more balloons and snacks in our room. Plus, because I was using a Guest of Honor Award (GOH), Tracy kindly upgraded us to a suite, which made our stay even more incredible.
Every morning at breakfast, we were served by Aisha, who was fantastic! She made sure we had everything we needed and was always so friendly.
The pool area is stunning—it’s large, has a beautiful cascade, a fun slide, and even a cave. My kids had a blast! The hotel also offers complimentary shuttles to the Disney parks, which was very convenient for us.
Overall, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Orlando.
