I recently had the pleasure of visiting Quebec City and the historic district of Old Québec. As I wandered through the streets, it felt like I had stepped back in time. Montmorency Falls Park is an incredible natural site that no one should miss out on. It's incredibly easy to access the park from Québec City, as it's only a short drive away, and an ideal place to go for a day trip close to Quebec City. The Parc de la Chute-Montmorency surrounds the majestic Montmorency Falls, which are 272 feet tall—30 meters taller than Niagara Falls. From the top of the falls you can look down into a deep gorge where numerous other smaller waterfalls pour into the river below.
