Set the scene
Imagine stepping into a world where luxury meets whimsy, nestled within the borders of Walt Disney World Resort. You walk through the grand entrance of the Four Seasons Resort Orlando and are immediately struck by the synergy between contemporary chic and traditional Floridian ambiance. The lobby, with its elegant chandeliers, high ceilings, and opulent marble flooring, seamlessly blends luxury with a relaxed atmosphere.
Families buzz with excitement as they plan their Disney escapades, while couples find their own slice of paradise, lounging by the serene landscapes. It's a harmonious blend of laughter, awe, and tranquility. You'll find cozy seating areas around every corner, each framed by lush gardens, swaying palm trees, and a shimmering lake that seems lifted from a tropical dream. Each glance offers a postcard-worthy snapshot, reinforcing the resort's reputation as an oasis amid the bustle of Orlando’s theme parks.
What can we expect in our room at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando
Spacious and drenched in natural light, the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding gardens, lakes, or even nightly Disney fireworks.
The beds are the stuff of dreams—plush, with pillow-top mattresses and high-thread-count linens that seem to hug you as soon as you lie down. The marble bathrooms come equipped with deep-soaking tubs, rain showers, and luxe toiletries by L'Occitane.
And let’s not forget the tech perks. USB ports, flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi that actually works. Some suites even offer terraces, where you can sip your morning coffee while soaking up the views.
How about the food and drinks
Prepare yourself for a culinary journey, because the dining options at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando are second to none. Start your day at the Ravello, an Italian-inspired restaurant. Their breakfast buffet is legendary, but the real magic happens during their Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy & His Pals. Yes, it’s as adorable as it sounds.
For a more upscale dining experience, the Capa is your go-to. This rooftop steakhouse not only offers mouthwatering Spanish-influenced grilled meats but also boasts a killer view of the Disney fireworks. Opt for the Wagyu beef or the black grouper, paired with a glass of fine Spanish wine.
Craving something more casual? Head to Plancha, located by the golf course, for a Cuban-American fusion menu that absolutely hits the spot. Burgers, sandwiches, and cocktails, what more could you want?
And don’t miss The Lobby Bar, known for its innovative cocktails and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a hectic day at the parks. The bartenders here aren’t just drink makers; they're mixology wizards who create drinks that are as Instagrammable as they are delicious.
What is the service like
The staff at Four Seasons Resort Orlando sets the bar incredibly high.Concierge services here are experts at Disney. Need help with Fast Passes or dining reservations within the park? They've got you covered. The housekeeping service is unobtrusive yet thorough, often going out of their way to add small touches that make a big difference, such as extra towels without asking or additional amenities for the kids.
And let's talk poolside service. Attendants are quick with towels, sunscreen, and an icy beverage to beat the Florida heat. The staff's attentiveness extends to the dining experiences, where they handle allergies and special requests with ease. If you have dietary restrictions, worry not; they’ve got your back.

What’s the backstory of the resort
Opened in August 2014, the Four Seasons Resort Orlando is the creation of a dream to bring ultra-luxury accommodations to the family-centric Walt Disney World. The idea was to merge the prestige and sophisticated service of the Four Seasons brand with the fun and fantasy of Disney magic. Built on 26.5 acres, the resort balances elegance with family-friendly amenities, attracting guests from across the globe.
The property is situated in Golden Oak, Disney's exclusive community of single-family homes, further cementing its elite status. Despite its newer addition to the Four Seasons portfolio, the resort quickly established itself as a beacon of luxury, convenience, and unparalleled service in Orlando.
Price Range
Rooms generally start at around $700 per night, with suites easily escalating into the thousands. Special packages can sometimes offer slight discounts, particularly during off-peak seasons, but this isn’t a budget-friendly spot by any stretch.
Keep an eye out for seasonal promotions or packages that may include park tickets or dining credits, providing a bit more bang for your buck.
Amenities & Facilities
Let's start with the pools. There's Explorer Island, a five-acre water park complete with a splash zone, a lazy river, and even a family pool with a "beach" play area. For adults looking for peace and quiet, the adult-only pool is a serene haven.
Love golf? the Tranquilo Golf Club, an 18-hole course designed by Tom Fazio, awaits you. Want to stay fit? The fitness center is state-of-the-art, offering personal trainers and a variety of classes.
For relaxation, The Spa at the Four Seasons is a sanctuary offering an array of treatments from massages to facials, ensuring you leave rejuvenated. Kids can rejoice at the Kids For All Seasons, a complimentary camp providing games, crafts, and activities.
Additional amenities include tennis courts, a business center, and even a Disney Planning Center.
How to get to the Four Seasons Resort in Orlando
Getting to the Four Seasons Resort from Orlando International Airport is relatively straightforward. If you're opting for public transportation, the most cost-effective option is to take the Lynx bus service. You'd need to catch the Lynx 111 bus from the airport to the SeaWorld/Ocean Center transfer center. From there, you can switch to Lynx 50, which stops near Disney Springs. You’ll need another short bus from Disney Springs to the resort. It’s not the quickest route, but it’s budget-friendly.
For a more direct and comfortable journey, a taxi is the way to go. The ride typically takes about 30 minutes, depending on traffic, and generally costs between $50-$75. There’s also the option of using the resort’s shuttle service or arranging for a private car pickup through the concierge.
What Customers Have To Say
The amenities for children at this resort are fantastic—there’s a splash pad, water slides, rock climbing, table tennis, a pool, a basketball court, shuffleboard, and a playground—just about everything you could need to keep kids entertained.
The restaurants offer incredible food, drinks, and top-notch service.
We also had brunch with Goofy and friends, which was so much fun!
I highly recommend trying everything the property has to offer.
The property itself is beautiful and maintained perfectly. There is something for everyone there, kids and adults. We were glad we took a break from the parks and spent it there at the resort and took advantage of the beautiful pools, the lazy river, the great food and cocktails, and the kids area. Don’t think twice about booking your stay here.
The location is between Epcot and Magic Kingdom.
The staff is absolutely amazing.
1. Valet: Top notch. Friendly and happy to assist and always offering water to stay hydrated which we take for granted.
2.Front desk: friendly and fantastic expressing they are here to make your stay amazing.
3. Bellhop: The man we had was super friendly and even gave us tips in the area to get food or sights to see. Super informative.
4. Housekeeping: The rooms were spotless. Our shoes were tucked in and our blankets were folded. Just fantastic.
5. Wait staff at Capa restaurant. Our greeter welcomed us and then whisked off to our table. Our waiter recommended a bunch of things after we explained two people in our group were picky eaters. They went out of their comfort zone on foods because of his recommendations and found new foods to be incredible.
The location;
Perfect. Our room sat between elections Magic kingdom and we watched the daily good Tim our balcony.
The food
Capa restaurant was amazing. Our child never ate at a Michelin-starred steakhouse . The look on her face taking a bite of steak made it worth it. She almost cried. The bad part is old dad’s steaks on the grill will never compare to that steak she ate. Damn you!!!!! 😂
Absolutely the best meal we have ate.
The views are amazing. The food is fantastic. The rooms are excellent. The staff is world class. A absolute home run of a resort.
I hope to be back one day for another fantastic family vacation!
To all the staff who made us feel we were the most special people on the planet, Thank You!
All of the staff are amazing, from the folks greeting you at the door, all the way to the staff cleaning your rooms. I had an issue to deal with, and the concierge Ashely H., was a great help! I needed to print documents but was already checked out and could not access the business center. She was kind enough to assist me by emailing her the documents so she could print them for me.
Also, there is an area in the lobby owned by Disney, and the staff there are a great help when asking questions about the park.
We'll be back for sure, the sooner the better!!!
Hotel staff gets a shoutout of their own. Beyond gracious, helpful, and sincere. I know luxury hospitality can be effortful with assuring guests have the absolute best stay, but all staff does this with ease and sincerity.
Grounds are beautiful. I so appreciate that the adult pool area is quiet with no music playing. Poolside food and drink service, gym amenities, restaurants (Capa was incredible, more on that later), and rooms all paid mindful attention to detail.
We don't have kids, but we could see how any family would appreciate what it has to offer. The lazy river (we absolutely did this), water slides, rock climbing wall, gaming areas, splash zone, even Character Breakfast... it's a theme park all its own.
The only mild critique would be, the morning we left, we ordered a car to head to the Brightline train station. We ordered with time to spare, but the security entrance to the gated Golden Oaks property was backed up by about 30 cars, delaying our car service significantly. To avoid missing our train, we canceled the car, but were fortunate that the private hotel driver happened to be in the lobby area. He drove us, and we made it with 5 minutes to spare. If the security backup is a common occurrence, it might benefit front desk staff to warn hotel guests that security (which I understand is beyond Four Seasons' control) can get a bit backed up and to plan accordingly. However, shoutout to our driver for getting us there with time to spare. He was so kind, and we were very appreciative.
One of the standout features of the resort is the abundance of amenities for both adults and children. For families, there’s the incredible Explorer Island, complete with a lazy river, water slides, and kids' activities, making it a paradise for little ones. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy the tranquility of the adult-only pool, the world-class spa, and an array of dining options, including the highly recommended rooftop restaurant Capa, which offers stunning sunset views and gourmet cuisine.
The proximity to Walt Disney World® Resort is unbeatable, with complimentary shuttles making it easy to enjoy the parks while escaping to the serenity of the resort. Whether you're seeking a magical family vacation or a luxurious getaway, the Four Seasons Resort Orlando exceeds expectations at every turn. The blend of Disney magic and Four Seasons elegance creates a truly unforgettable experience.
