What Customers Have To Say
The 2x lovely gentlemen out front who helped me with my bags and car doors, so courteous and polite.
Room is nice and spacious although slightly dated, still a decent luxurious feel
The location - can’t beat it
Cons:
I woke up to a dead cockroach next to my bed 😫 I am terrified of bugs
My sink was blocked the whole time, they came to “fix” it but alas, still blocked after they left
I did mention (kindly) to the staff all the above… “next time you stay with us, we will make sure things are in order for you” 🤣 hilarious
A nice building and excelent service.
An extraordinary performance by management in view of the staff shortage
My suite had floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a breathtaking view of the Opera House and harbor. The marble bathroom, complete with rain showers and premium amenities, added a touch of opulence to the experience. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which allowed me to soak in the view while enjoying a refreshing drink. Dinner at The Dining Room, the hotel’s restaurant, was exceptional, with a menu that highlights Australia’s seasonal ingredients. For luxury and an iconic view, Park Hyatt Sydney is unbeatable.
