Naples-Capodichino International Airport (NAP) is situated about 6 kilometers north of Naples city center and is the main air gateway for Naples and the Campania region. As the fourth busiest airport in Italy which opened in 1943 as Naples Airdrome to train WWII fighter pilots and later became Naples Army Airfield , it handles over 10 million passengers each year. Approximately 15 airlines operate out of Naples Airport, making it a key hub for budget carriers like easyJet, Ryanair, Air France, Wizz Air and Volotea

The Fast Track service at Naples Airport allows you to breeze through security checks. For a fee of €8, you can use the priority lane and get quicker access to the boarding area. You can either purchase this service online in advance or at the self-service kiosk on the terminal’s first floor. Fast Track is available daily from 05:00 to 20:00.

Naples International Airport provides comprehensive support for travelers with special needs. Accessibility features include ramps, lifts, accessible toilets, and changing rooms. Visually impaired travelers can utilize dedicated paths and tactile maps. Special Assistance can be booked through your airline or directly via the airport website at least 48 hours before your flight. For on-the-spot assistance, help buttons and intercom systems are scattered throughout the airport. Upon arrival, staff will accompany you through passport checks and baggage claim.

Premium Offerings

For a more personalized experience, Naples Airport offers a meet and assist service. Dedicated staff will help you with portering, check-in, Fast Track security, and customs procedures. This service includes access to the VIP Pearl Lounge, a family area, and meeting rooms. It also caters to various needs such as elderly care, minor assistance, and disability support. Parking at Naples International Airport

Parking at Naples Airport offers various options tailored to different needs. P1 is the budget-friendly choice, located just 300 meters from departures. The first 45 minutes are free, then it costs €2.50 for the first hour, €5 for two hours, and €22 for a full day.

For those requiring short-term parking, P2 and P4 are the best options. These uncovered lots are the nearest to the departure terminal, with rates starting at €3.50 per hour.

A more premium choice is P3, a covered parking area directly opposite the departures terminal. Here, prices start at €4 per hour.

Long-term parking is available at an economical rate and is situated 700 meters from the terminal. A complimentary shuttle bus is accessible, making it convenient for travelers. The cost begins at €2 for the first day, with a daily rate of €12 afterward.

There is also a Multi-storey car park next to the arrivals area. It offers covered parking starting at €4 per hour, with €15 for the next 12 hours.

Transportation options to and from Naples Airport

You have several choices when traveling to or from Naples Airport. Taxis are readily available and can be hired directly from the taxi ranks. For a quicker trip, you might prefer the Alibus Shuttle, which departs every 30 minutes and reaches Piazza Garibaldi (Central Station) in about 15 minutes.

Naples International Airport is closed from 22.30 to 03.30, except in the case of flight delays.

Lost & Found:

If your baggage is lost or damaged, you must complete a P.I.R. (Property Irregularity Report) at the Baggage Assistance Office (Lost & Found) before exiting the baggage claim area or use the online form.

You will be directly contacted for the delivery of your lost baggage once it arrives at the airport.
